The service

Stage That Room uses generative AI to add virtual furniture and decor to customer-supplied real-estate photos. Results are visualizations, may contain errors, and are not measurements, inspections, architectural plans, or representations of a property's condition.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Photos, instructions, and outputs

You keep your rights in the photos and instructions you submit. You grant Stage That Room and its processing providers a limited licence to host, copy, transmit, and transform that material only to operate, secure, and support the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your source photos.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and commercialize the results created for your account. AI outputs may not be unique, may resemble other outputs, and are not guaranteed to be free of third-party claims.

Customer responsibilities

• Upload only photos you are authorized to use and that do not expose unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
• Review every staged image against the original before publishing it.
• Disclose virtual staging wherever required by a listing service, marketplace, law, or professional rule.
• Do not use a result that changes or obscures windows, doors, walls, fixtures, views, built-ins, dimensions, damage, or other permanent property characteristics.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content, or attempt to probe, overload, bypass, or reverse engineer the service.

Credits, prices, and taxes

One credit pays for one full-resolution staging attempt. Uploading and organizing photos is free. Paid credits do not expire while your account remains open and the service continues. Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD with no subscription or automatic renewal. Applicable taxes will be shown before payment where Stage That Room is required and registered to collect them.

Failures, refunds, and disputes

A defined provider, validation, storage, or finalization failure automatically restores the reserved credit exactly once. Other refunds follow the Refund policy. Contact support before starting a payment dispute so we can investigate duplicate, unauthorized, or failed transactions.

Availability and changes

The service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or delivery time. We may suspend unsafe or abusive activity and may change models, limits, features, or prices prospectively. Purchased credits will not be reduced by a later price change. If the paid service is discontinued, customers will receive at least 60 days' notice and may request a refund for unused paid credits.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, listing acceptance, or sales performance. Stage That Room is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Any direct-liability cap and mandatory consumer-law exceptions will be finalized with the operator identity before checkout opens.

Privacy and termination

Our Privacy notice explains processing and retention. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may preserve transaction, security, dispute, or legal records where required even after content deletion.
