AI disclosure
Virtual staging should not hide what is real.
Stage That Room is designed to furnish an empty-room image while preserving the permanent features of the photographed space.
Keep the original
The source photo remains paired with its staged result so agents, photographers, and buyers can distinguish the photographed room from the visualization.
Disclose it
B.C.’s real estate regulator expects altered photos, including virtual staging, to be clearly identified, and other jurisdictions and MLS systems have their own rules. Every download includes copies labelled “Virtually staged”, unlabelled MLS copies for systems that don’t allow text on photos, the original photos with matching file names, and disclosure text for the listing remarks. A share page can show each staged photo beside its original. Customers remain responsible for the disclosure wording and placement required for their listing.
Reject misleading outputs
Do not publish a result that changes windows, doors, walls, fixtures, views, built-ins, or other permanent property characteristics. Every design is compared with the source photo; designs that move walls, windows or doors are redone, and anything uncertain is flagged for the customer to review.
