Practical guidance for source photos, results, credits, and account questions.
Before uploading
- Upload the whole shoot as one listing. We sort the photos into rooms and skip bathrooms, hallways and exteriors.
- Sharp, well-lit, level photos work best. JPG, PNG or WebP under 20 MB, at least 1024 pixels wide.
- Rooms that already have furniture can be restaged: mark them “Replace furniture”.
How a listing is staged
- Check the rooms we found and pick a style.
- Your main room comes back in three designs. The one you choose sets the look.
- Every other room is staged in that look. Other angles of a room get the same furniture.
- Choose a design for each photo, then download everything in one ZIP.
What you download
Each chosen design as a full-size JPEG (the same size as your photo), a 2048-pixel MLS copy, a copy labelled “Virtually staged”, and the original photo with a matching file name, plus disclosure text for your listing.
If a result changes the room
Every design is checked against your photo, but always flip between the design and the original before publishing. If a wall, window, door or fixture changed, do not publish it: ask for another design, or report a material change within seven days under the Refund policy.
