Before uploading

Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the whole room visible.
Choose JPG, PNG, or WebP under 20 MB.
Avoid heavy obstructions, extreme lens distortion, or occupied rooms in V1.

If a result changes the room

Do not publish it. Keep the original paired with the output and report a material change within seven days under the Refund policy.

Contact before paid launch

A monitored support address and response target must be published here and on receipts before real-money checkout opens. Never send a password, API key, or full card number in a support request.
